Pure Hex floats from calm and melodic to utter sonic maelstrom in a heartbeat. Any of these four songs would be the centerpiece of most bands’ albums... and “Heavy Moon”tops them all, folks. I want to see them live with a full-length in 2021. Favorite EP of 2019.
